Coaching is about partnering to create positive, meaningful, sustainable change. Each coaching session will begin with you choosing the focus of our conversation and short and/or longer-term goals you are working towards. Coaching sessions will consist of addressing new or current issues to formulate strategies and plans for you to work towards realizing these goals.
My role, as your coach, is to listen, observe, ask questions, provide feedback and act as a thinking partner and sounding board. I may make requests and observations that will be aligned with - and related to - your coaching goals. You can accept, decline, negotiate any of these requests - it is a partnership.
